How to reissue KB Kookmin Card card. The reissuance method is the same for both debit and credit cards of Kookmin Bank. In addition to visiting a Kookmin Bank branch and applying for reissuance, you can simply apply through the app or website.
This is how to reissue KB Kookmin Card in the application. KB Kookmin Bank has several applications. For card reissuance, you must use the [KB Kookmin Card] application.
First, the Kookmin Card reissuance preparation is your identification card (resident registration card or driver’s license). Other than that, there is no additional preparation because you apply using the KB Kookmin Card application on your mobile phone.
Also, you should be aware that when you reissue a Kookmin Card, the card number, expiration date, and CVC number will change. Therefore, if you have registered direct debit or automatic payment on your card now, you must change the direct debit payment information to the changed card number after reissuing the card.
After accessing the KB Kookmin Card application and logging in, press the [All Menus] icon in the shape of three lines in the upper right corner. The entire menu of the application appears as shown below. Select [MY KB > Card Management] here.
The national card I have appears at the top. After selecting the card to be reissued from here, select the [Card Settings > Request for Reissuance] menu.

You need to go to the [Card reissuance request] menu and register your information and ID. Just like when opening a non-face-to-face account, register your ID card with a camera and enter the date of issuance of your ID card. After that, after agreeing to the required personal information, check the actual ownership confirmation and apply.
Application for reissuance of card
After that, if you go through the procedures such as entering the method of receiving the reissued card and the receiving location, the application is completed, and the card is issued and delivery begins about 1 to 2 weeks later.
If you lose your card and need to reissue it, you can report the loss of the card first and then reissue it during the loss report process. If the expiration date has passed or is almost over, follow the above method when reissuing.
You can also reissue KB Kookmin Card on the website. Of course, after logging in, you can apply from My Card Information. Access the KB Kookmin Card website and select the [MY KB > Information Management > Card Management] menu. After that, select the card to be reissued and press the Reissue Request button.

You can use the number 4 card inquiry and application menu, number 1 is issuance progress inquiry, number 2 is card issuance inquiry, and number 3 is connecting to a counselor.
