The method I will tell you today is divided into three main methods.
Both Kookmin Bank and Industrial Bank of Korea can use it, so I hope it will be of some help when you get a reissue.
Nara Love Card Kookmin Bank
If you undergo a physical examination (military service examination) by the Military Manpower Administration, you will be issued a love of country card.
This is a card that is used throughout, from young people who have just enlisted in the military, to active duty soldiers, and to reservists after discharge.
Electronic bankbooks, cash cards, electronic military service cards, as well as enlisted travel expenses, salaries received during military service, and reserve army travel expenses are all deposited into this card.
Therefore, it is recommended that those who do not have it be issued, and if they are lost, they must be reissued.
Issuance and reissuance can be done at either IBK or Kookmin Bank.
You can report the loss and request a replacement by calling the customer center of the same bank as the lost card.
For example, if you lost your Kookmin Country Love Card, you should contact Kookmin Bank, and if you have a Corporate Country Love Card, you should contact IBK.

You can also apply for reissuance through internet banking, but this is only available at Kookmin Bank. IBK is still not supporting it.
However, keep in mind that you can use Kookmin Bank’s online application only after registering as a member on the bank’s website.
You can also apply in person by visiting a bank or the draft inspection office of the regional military manpower office.
You can expect it to take about a week for the bank to reissue it. You can receive it by registered mail or by door pick-up.
If you don’t like banks and want to get issued immediately, you can go to the conscription inspection center of the regional military manpower office and apply for it.
Operating hours are from 9:00 am to 3:00 pm, so please be punctual.
And note that these reissue fees are all waived.
Even if a soldier serving in the military loses it, he or she can apply for a replacement.
First of all, in the case of the Army training center, a branch office is dispatched, so if you apply again on the site, you can receive it 3 to 4 days later during the enrollment period.
In addition, the Navy, Marine Corps, and Air Force Command can receive applications from the unit in bulk and receive them by mail later.
At this time, you must have an identification card such as a resident registration card or driver’s license to reissue it, and the cost for this is fully waived.
If your Nara Sarang Card is lost or stolen, you must report it directly to the bank.
There are methods such as through the call center, internet banking, or visiting a nearby bank in person.
