The methods I will tell you today are largely divided into three methods.
This method can be used by both Kookmin Bank and Industrial Bank of Korea, so I hope it will be of some help when getting a reissue.
Country Love Card Kookmin Bank
When you undergo the Military Manpower Administration physical examination (military service examination), you will be issued a Love Country Card.
This can be said to be a card that is used by everyone, from young people who have just joined the military to active-duty soldiers and reserve personnel after discharge.
In addition to the electronic bankbook, cash card, and electronic military service certificate functions, all enlistment travel expenses, salaries received during military service, and reserve force travel expenses are all deposited to this card.
Therefore, if you do not have this, it is recommended that you get one, and if you have it and lose it, you must get it reissued.
Issuance and re-issuance can be done at your preferred bank, either Industrial Bank of Korea or Kookmin Bank.
You can report the loss and apply for a reissue by calling the customer service center of the same bank as the lost card.
For example, if you have lost your Nation Love Card, you should contact Kookmin Bank, and if it is a corporate Nation Love Card, you should contact Industrial Bank of Korea.

You can also apply for reissue through internet banking, but this is only available at Kookmin Bank. Industrial Bank of Korea has not yet provided support.
However, keep in mind that Kookmin Bank’s online application can only be used after registering as a member on the bank’s website.
You can also apply by visiting a bank or a local military manpower office conscription examination center in person.
It takes about a week for the bank to reissue it. You can receive it by registered mail or in-person pickup.
If you don’t like banks and want to get it issued immediately, you can go to the local military manpower office’s conscription inspection center to apply and receive it.
Operating hours are from 9 AM to 3 PM, so please be punctual.
Please note that all reissue fees are fully waived.
Even if a soldier serving in the military loses it, he or she can apply for a reissue.
First of all, in the case of the Army Training Center, a branch office is dispatched, so if you reapply on site, you can receive it 3 to 4 days later during the training period.
And in the Navy, Marine Corps, and Air Force commands, the relevant staff receives applications from the unit in batches and can later receive them from the unit by mail.
At this time, you must have an identification card such as a resident registration card or driver’s license to reissue it, and the cost for this is fully waived.
If your Nara Love Card is lost or stolen, you must report it directly to the relevant bank.
There are several ways to do this: through a call center or internet banking, or by visiting a nearby bank in person.
