Eligibility Criteria
These are basic livelihood security recipients and second-lowest class households living in local governments in the pilot area with an income of 50% or less of the standard median income.
Median income 50% as of 2023
Support amount
Supports the difference between the minimum cost of living measurement for a single-person household and the available food costs, including food costs for living allowances.
The payment amount according to each member of the household is differential support by applying the OECD equalization index to the nutritional supplementary difference support (40,000 won).

Electronic voucher (card method) and online ordering, package delivery
Supported items
Domestic vegetables, fruits, white milk, fresh eggs, meat, mixed grains, honey, tofu, simply processed vegetables, goat milk (other items cannot be purchased)
Application location: 18 test areas
Administrative welfare centers in towns, villages, and villages under the jurisdiction of the 18 local governments in the pilot area

Period of use
The card amount is recharged on the 1st of every month and can be used until the end of the month.
Where can the voucher be used?
· Visit use) Purchase supported items with an agricultural food voucher card at Nonghyup Hanaro Mart or local food direct stores located in the local government (city, county, or district) where you live
· (Use online mall) Register as a member of Nonghyup Mall (nonghyupmall.com) and purchase supported items with an agricultural food voucher card (Nonghyup Mall > Agricultural Food Voucher Corner)
· (Package application) Packages for each monthly support amount are created to households applying for a package and payment is made by card after delivery
