Most of the postings are related to the general-purpose joint certificate issuance method for businesses, so I am very confused. I saw a lot of explanations that I had to submit documents and I had to go to the post office to pick it up myself.
A search began to find a way to avoid having to go out.
As a result, I finally understood the difference between public certificates/joint certificates/financial certificates/private certificates!

First of all, today, for those in a hurry, I will post a method of issuing a general-purpose joint certificate for personal use (not for business use).
Here’s how to issue online at home without having to visit the post office or bank.
It’s so simple that I don’t even have anything to say about it.
✔️First, important facts!
There are prerequisites for issuance to do it online at home! – You must have already applied for Internet banking!
Only those who have already applied for internet banking and have a public certificate (or joint certificate) can do it online!
Until last year, when you did internet banking, you used a ‘certificate’ to authenticate yourself.
Simply put, you can think of this as just a name change to ‘co-certificate’.
✔️Then how to get a universal joint certificate in earnest!
Below, I will explain how to issue a universal joint certificate based on the Nonghyup Bank mobile app! (Other banks are probably similar.)
1. First, turn on the app of the bank you use for internet banking (here, Nonghyup Bank)!
(If you are on a PC, please visit the website of your bank.)
See the three vertical lines at the top right of the screen? Click there.

2. Select ‘Authentication/Security’ (‘Authentication Center’ for PC).

3. Click the ‘Joint Certificate (formerly Public Certificate)’ tab. (Don’t confuse it with ‘Financial Certificate’!)

4. Click ‘Issue/Reissue Certificate’.

5. Enter your ID/resident registration number to verify your identity.
6. At the bottom of the same screen, there is ‘Certificate Classification’. Here, select ‘Universal Certificate’ (4,400 won).

7. I agree to the terms of the joint certificate. (Click ‘View full text’ to check all three!)
8. Enter the account information you have with this bank.
9. ARS authentication. You must have a mobile phone registered with the bank to be able to verify it, right?

In other words, just because an electronic tax invoice official certificate is issued, does not mean that you can access the bank with the certificate, but the bank logs in with the original certificate of the individual, and this goes into the National Tax Service Hometax, the authentication required for issuance of the tax invoice That is.
I didn’t know too well, so when I tried to log in to Nonghyup Bank, which was issued a certificate for tax invoice and registered as the main business bank, I was shocked..
Once the issuance has been made, I wish there was a business to issue tax invoices.
Now, we will show you how to issue or renew an electronic tax invoice accredited certificate that can be completed in one day.
Nonghyup Bank does not matter, and you can connect to other banks and proceed. Otherwise, it does not matter if you connect through a private institution such as the Korea Universal Certification Center.
I proceeded through the Nonghyup Bank, which was opened for business use.
As mentioned before, in order to issue and renew an electronic tax invoice accredited certificate
First, you need to prepare a business registration number (after business registration is complete).
Next, you need to go to a bank and open a business account and prepare a balance of 4,400 won or more, login ID and otp for internet banking and the account balance within the bank. If you go to a bank and open an otp, they sell it for 5,000 won. For reference, the terminal-type otp is because it is possible to trade more than a certain amount of money. Was it over 1 billion?

First, check the business registration number and type of business after completing business registration
Second, open a business account, apply for internet banking (otp purchase), transfer the certificate issuance fee to the bank in advance (4,400 won or more)

Now, connect to the bank where you traded your account to issue or renew the electronic tax invoice accredited certificate.
And clip the authentication center at the top.
And select #Reissuance of e-tax certificate issuance on the far right.

Next, enter the user ID, business registration symptom, business registration number, and personal resident registration number that you created while opening the account.
And select the joint certificate for e-tax.
Next, on the Terms and Conditions Agreement page, select Fully Accept.
Then, enter the account number of the passbook issued in advance, the password for the withdrawal account, and the password for the transfer of funds.
Do not forget the withdrawal account password and the money transfer password, as they were all registered by going to the bank in advance.
After registering the OTP you purchased, enter your password and click OK.
I’ve gone too far here, but there’s also the original OTP selection.
Next, enter customer information. Enter your name, business name in English, email, and work address, and then click OK.
When registering an electronic tax certificate, use any English business operator. I am a business operator in pure Korean, so I made up an English name abruptly and entered it.
Since only English and a few special characters can be input, it took a long time to complete the input.
And finally, the electronic tax invoice application page appears.
If anything, you pay 4,400 won for the issuance of the electronic tax certificate, and it is the difference between whether you will receive the tax invoice immediately or later.
Electronic tax certificate The difference between immediate issuance of electronic tax invoices and general issuance is the difference in damages depending on whether cancellation is made or not, so I just selected immediate issuance.
In addition, if you selected wealth other than leisure in whether to issue a tax invoice on the previous page, this page is not created and the certificate issuance is completed immediately.
Prepare a USB to store the certificate in advance, plug it into the computer, and save the e-tax certificate and you are done.
