In addition to ① the method of issuing a replacement physical driver’s license (which requires reissuing an IC driver’s license), ② the QR code method at the license testing center without replacing the physical driver’s license (which costs 1,000 won at the license testing center). At this time, if you receive an IC license, you can reissue your mobile driver’s license anytime, anywhere without having to revisit the license testing center. Therefore, for user convenience, we link to the IC license application website (Road Traffic Authority Safe Driving Integrated Civil Service) from our mobile ID app. However, in the case of a physical license, it is difficult to use the existing license as it loses its validity as an ID upon application.
