서울시 청년수당 신청We support programs such as activity subsidies, comprehensive strength diagnosis support, mentoring, and employment support programs for young people.

□ Eligibility for application
– Those who satisfy all of the following
① Youth who are unemployed after graduating from the highest level of education and residing in Seoul according to resident registration
② (Age) 19 to 34 years old (those with a birth date between March 1, 1989 and March 31, 2005)
③ (Income) 150% or less of median income

※ Applicable for short-term workers working less than 30 hours a week or less than 3 months (proof required)

□ Those excluded from application
① Current students and students on leave of absence
※ You can apply for the Open University, Cyber ​​University, and Credit Bank System with proof of graduation from your previous highest academic degree.
② Those participating in similar projects (from March 1, 2024 to the end of project participation)
· Participant of Seoul City’s “Youth Monthly Rent Support” project
· Participant in the Seoul Metropolitan Government’s “Double Hope Youth Passbook” project
· Participant in the Ministry of Employment and Labor’s “Youth Tomorrow Filling Credit” project
· Ministry of Employment and Labor’s “National Employment Support System” type 1 and 2 participants
③ Participants in the Seoul Youth Allowance Project from 2017 to 2023 (once-in-a-lifetime support)
④ Basic livelihood recipients (livelihood, medical, education, housing benefits) and the next lower class (as of the time of application)
⑤ Those receiving unemployment benefits (as of the time of application)

□ Number of selected people
– Around 20,000 people

□ Application period
– 2024. 3. 11. (Mon) 10:00 ~ 2024.3. 18. (Mon) 16:00

□ Progress schedule
– Announcement of preliminary selection: 4. 5. (Fri) 18:00 (scheduled)
* Changes will be announced on the Youth All Information Notice Board.
* How to check: Check in “My Page” after accessing Youth Information Center
– Required actions
① Preliminary training for youth allowance participants
② Account opening and card issuance
* Preliminary selections who did not open a youth allowance account were not ultimately selected.
– First payment of youth allowance: April 29 (Monday) (scheduled)
* In principle, payment is made on the 29th of every month (if the 29th is a holiday, payment is made on the previous weekday)

□ Support details
– (Financial support) 500,000 won per month × up to 6 months
– (Non-financial support) Customized support for each type of youth: Support linked to Seoul City policy projects to help prepare for career paths

□ How to apply
– Use check card (*clean card)
* A card that cannot be used overseas and has limited use in industries (approximately 46 industries including hotels, bars, and jewelry sales)

□ Selection method
– Quantitative evaluation of whether participant requirements are met
– Selection of participants who meet participant requirements such as residence, age, graduation status, income, employment status, etc.
– In case of application exceeding the budget range, priority selection is made based on the criteria below.
① Short-term working youth with less than 85% of median income (working less than 30 hours a week or less than 3 months)
② Low-income youth based on health insurance premium charges
