First meeting ticket
The first meeting pass is a government-supported project, and you can receive a pass (voucher) worth 2 million won per birth.
(*2 million won per child born regardless of birth order or multiple births.)
All children born on or after January 1, 2022 who have been registered for birth and have been properly assigned a resident registration number are eligible for the first meeting pass.
You can apply for a first meeting voucher by visiting the corresponding eup, myeon or dong administrative welfare center or online (Bokjiro website, Jeongbu 24 website).

In principle, the Kookmin Happiness Card voucher (points) is paid as the payment method for the first meeting voucher, and in unavoidable cases, cash support may be provided as an exception.

ⓛ Recipient children are being protected in childcare facilities under Article 52, Paragraph 1, Subparagraph 1 of the ‘Child Welfare Act’ or group living homes under Paragraph 1, Subparagraph 4, and for children whose births have been registered by local governments (or facilities), ‘Didim’ It is possible to pay in cash through the Seed Bankbook.
* In the case of a child under foster care, the national happiness card of the foster parent (or prospective adoptive parent) as a guardian in the city, county or district where the foster family is located
We will give you a ticket for the first meeting. (If you wish to receive a ‘Didim Seed Bankbook’ under the child’s name, you can also receive a cash deposit to that account)
② If the child’s guardian is a prisoner, cash can be transferred to an account in the name of the guardian after deliberation by the Child Welfare Deliberation Committee if the application was made during the confinement period due to child rearing in a prison facility.
