As a system implemented by the government, the Healthy Living Practice Subsidy is provided annually if patients registered in the primary care chronic disease management pilot project practice healthy living on their own, such as walking, or continue to participate in disease management services provided by clinics.
This is an exchange incentive that supports up to 80,000 points and allows you to use them at designated online shopping malls.
