근로자 휴가지원사업 신청방법The Employee Vacation Support Project is a project in which the government and companies jointly support workers’ domestic travel expenses to create a free vacation culture in the workplace. Additional points and performance recognition are given when applying for government certification systems such as Family-Friendly Certification (Ministry of Gender Equality and Family), Leisure-Friendly Certification (Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism), and Work Innovation Incentive System (Ministry of Employment and Labor). In addition, benefits such as government awards, media promotions, case book publication, and priority selection for the following year are provided.
You can receive support for domestic travel expenses of 400,000 won (including 200,000 won out-of-pocket expenses). These expenses are accumulated as points on the vacation shop site, and you can use domestic travel-related products with various discounts and benefits.

Vacation Shop is an online product dedicated to employee vacation support projects. There are approximately 40 affiliates and over 200,000 products. You can purchase a variety of domestic travel-related products, including accommodations, domestic packages, products, leisure tickets, transportation (rental car, train, airline), and gourmet products.

To apply, the person in charge of human resources/general affairs/finance, etc. of the company he or she belongs to must apply collectively, not by individual employees. It is said that some companies recruit participants internally for the relevant business at the beginning of each year.
If there is no separate recruitment within the company, individual workers must contact the company representative.
The application period is from February 1, 2024 until the budget runs out. Please receive points in advance before your travel or vacation period.

After registering as a member, you can use the products you want on the vacation shop site. Accommodation products in metropolitan areas such as Seoul, Gyeonggi, and Incheon in the vacation shop are excluded, but products in areas with declining population within the metropolitan area are available (Gapyeong-gun, Gyeonggi-do, Yeoncheon-gun, Gyeonggi-do, Ganghwa-gun, Incheon, and Ongjin-gun, Incheon).
