네이버페이 후불결제 신청 및 이용방법 How to apply and use Naver Pay postpaid payment

Have you all signed up for Naver Pay postpaid payment?

The maximum limit is 300,000 won, and I heard that when you first sign up, you can get up to 200,000 won, so I applied without thinking much.

I tried to sign up in advance in case I might need to use it later, but I was immediately rejected during the screening process.

Even though I have multiple credit cards and have been working as a sole proprietor for over 10 years, I still get rejected.

I never had any late payments, my credit score was over 900, and I didn’t think there was any problem, but I don’t know why I was rejected.

These days, as interest rates are rising, bank loans are being reduced, and credit card companies are also reducing card loans and cash advances. Is this because of that effect, or is there another reason?

Since they didn’t tell me why they declined, I’m just thinking it’s because the economy isn’t doing well these days.

I heard that housewives and college students with no income are also using it well, so why can’t it just be me? Haha.

And after I failed the screening, an alarm kept ringing on Kakao and Toss saying that I had a credit check record.

I heard that it doesn’t have any effect on my credit, but I’m not sure if that’s true.

It seems like my record of being rejected has had a negative effect on me, but is this just my guess?

Coincidentally, my credit score has dropped quite a bit since then, so I’m still feeling uneasy, wondering if it’s because of this.

Well, since it says it’s not related, I’m going to think it’s just a coincidence that the timing overlapped.

Buy now, pay later
For those who have not signed up yet, I will briefly explain what the service is.

Even if you don’t have enough money right now, you can think of it as a service where you can shop up to 300,000 won and pay later.

It can be used by Koreans over the age of 19, and payment dates can be selected among the 5th, 15th, and 25th.

The concept is to pay the amount purchased today on the next month’s payment date.

Since it is not a financial company’s service, signing up will not affect your credit score, and even if you make late payments, it will not affect your credit rating.

Of course, this does not mean that you do not have to repay the money, as there are disadvantages such as service suspension and a 12% annual interest rate on late payment in case of late payment.

There are no annual fees or commissions for signing up, so it is a service that does not require much burden, and can be used anywhere at affiliated stores.

It is usually used when making payments at smart stores.

The amount used will be automatically deducted from your registered payment account on the payment date, so you only need to replenish the account balance.

It is said that there are currently over 600,000 users, and it seems that more people will join in the future.

I plan to apply again later and use it often once I am signed up.

Is it possible for people with bad credit or unemployed?
This is theoretically possible.

This is because we conduct screening using our own credit rating system so that even those with insufficient financial history or vulnerable people can apply.

Also, since delinquent information is not shared between companies, there are no problems in using it.

However, if your application is filtered out by our own evaluation system, you may be rejected like me.

I am not sure what the screening criteria are since they are not disclosed.

Since the current economic situation is not good and the number of delinquent delinquents is increasing, I presume that the screening has been strengthened, so it would be okay to sign up later when the standards are lifted.

Today, we briefly talked about applying for Naver Pay postpaid payment.

It is said that a service called BNPL (Buy Now Pay Later) is popular overseas and has even arrived in Korea, but it is not an official service yet and is said to be in beta service.

They say it is widely used by young people, but some say it encourages overconsumption and it seems to have various problems.

Since the choice is yours anyway, I personally think it is a good service.
