What is Culture Nuri Card? How to apply
The Culture Nuri Card is a national public interest project being promoted with funds from the Ministry of Strategy and Finance’s Lottery Committee in the form of a voucher to improve the quality of life of recipients of basic livelihood security and the second-lowest class and to reduce cultural gaps.
A one-person lecture of 130,000 won per year is issued to applicants within the budget.

Those eligible to apply for the Culture Nuri Card in 2024
– Basic livelihood recipients and the next lowest class (age 6 or older, born before December 31, 2016)
– Among basic livelihood recipients, recipients of livelihood, medical, housing, and education benefits, conditional recipients, and recipients of guaranteed facilities
– Next-lowest class: self-supporting workers, recipients of disability allowance, disabled children’s allowance, and pension supplementary benefits for the disabled (excluding those exceeding the next-lowest level)

1) Issued through a visit to a community center
After the applicant visits the community center, fills out and submits the application form, and the qualifications are verified, a Nuri Card is issued.
2) Issued through access to the internet website homepage and app
After downloading the Nuri Card website or app, the application is completed following the issuance eligibility and verification procedures. It will be delivered by registered mail approximately 15 days after application completion. If you are able to visit in person, you can receive it directly from Nonghyup after completing the application.
