Applications can be made from 40 days before the expected date of delivery to 30 days before the expected date of delivery. Apply in advance before the expected date of delivery.
*In case of hospitalization due to premature birth or congenital anomaly, attach a certificate of admission/discharge and a medical certificate (specifying the date of admission/discharge) within 30 days of the discharge date of the newborn.
