스마트팜 청년창업 보육센터The Ministry of Agriculture, Food and Rural Affairs is recruiting new trainees in 2023 for the ‘Smart Farm Youth Entrepreneurship Incubation Center (hereinafter referred to as the Incubation Center)’, which is being operated to train young manpower for intelligent farms (smart farms).
This education is a long-term professional training centered on practice specialized in intelligent farms so that young people interested in agriculture can use intelligent farms to start a farm or find a job.
The education application qualification is young people between the ages of 18 and 39, regardless of their major, and any young people who wish to learn intelligent farm farming technology can apply, and the Ministry of Agriculture, Food and Rural Affairs fully supports the educational expenses.
This year, 208 trainees (52 per childcare center) will be recruited until May 31st, and the final trainees will be selected in mid-July after going through document and interview screenings.
The Ministry of Agriculture, Food and Rural Affairs conducts pre-education for selected trainees in August, and then operates the curriculum for 20 months through four childcare centers from September.

Yoon Won-seop, Director General of Agricultural Food Innovation Policy at the Ministry of Agriculture, Food and Rural Affairs, said, “As intelligent agriculture (smart agriculture) based on advanced technology spreads at a rapid pace, it can be a new opportunity for young people with excellent digital utilization capabilities. “We are implementing various support measures so that we can enter the field,” he said. “I hope that many young people who are interested in starting an intelligent farm will participate.”
