Precautions when using Socar
SoCar requires you to take and upload photos of scratches on your car before driving, so you must do so even if it is inconvenient. Also, when refueling, you must use a Socar gas card. If you use a personal card, the gas fee will not be refunded, so you must use the gas card located on the left side of the driver’s window. If there is someone else to drive other than the driver, they must register the passenger in the app before getting in the car so that they can be covered by insurance even if an accident occurs later while the passenger is driving.
