There are cases where domestic customs clearance occurs on the same day as other overseas direct purchases, right? If the purchase amount for each package exceeds $150, taxes are payable. Now, even if the port arrival date is the same, if the ordering date is different, you no longer have to pay taxes. For some products, a bundle discount is applied just by purchasing them together. If you look next to the product you want to purchase, it will tell you which products are eligible for the combo discount. Just purchasing them together could be beneficial, right?
Lastly, there is a special product that you won’t want to miss. Click on the special offer at the top of iHerb. Here, you can find samples or select products at up to 90% discount. However, only one item of these products is discounted per order. Please be careful because if you purchase more than that, the price will change to regular price instead of special price. If you receive a defective or damaged product, or have been hacked, you can contact us for inquiries or consultation. If you look at the bottom of the iHerb homepage, you will see the customer center. You can inquire through chat or email as shown in the photo above.

Some people may be worried about customs clearance taxes. If you purchase for less than $150, there are no customs fees or tariffs and there are no problems, so don’t worry. You are not allowed to purchase more than that in the first place. Combined taxation has also been eliminated, so you don’t have to hesitate to purchase for fear that it will enter the port with other parcels. However, there should be no more than 6 nutritional supplements per order. This means you can only purchase 6 pieces. If the number of products exceeds the number, a message will automatically appear telling you that you cannot purchase from the shopping cart. If you order in succession and customs clearance occurs at the same time, you may have to discard it, so if you receive a KakaoTalk message saying that the package you purchased first has cleared customs, reorder.

First, verify your mobile phone number in your account information. If it still does not apply, please first pay for the ordered product and then send it to the email below to korea@iherb.com with your order number, discount code, and additional code. Then, you will be notified that you will receive a refund of the discounted amount or a partial cancellation. You can write in Korean and the answer will be in Korean, so don’t worry and buy it.
