For reservations and cancellations of Yanolja Airline services, you must contact the travel agency or airline website where you made the reservation directly. If you cannot remember the name of the reservation company, you can check the name of the company on the credit card statement used when making the reservation.
◐ What are the cancellation/refund policies for domestic accommodation?

In the case of motels, you can receive a full refund if you cancel through the Yanolja app/web within 1 hour from the time of reservation completion, but cancellation is limited if check-in time has elapsed even within 1 hour. Hotels (Hotel Now) have different cancellation fee regulations depending on the partner company, and information can be checked through the cancellation fee regulations provided at the time of reservation.
Normally, if you cancel within 10 minutes of payment, you will receive a full refund, but this only applies to payments made through the Yanolja/Hotel Now app as of the time of the customer service call, and cancellation is not possible after the check-in time has elapsed.
