Then “Approve Consent” and “Fill Parties” or “Fill Representative”.

First, click “Find a court of jurisdiction” to select the court of jurisdiction where you currently reside on the resident registration certificate and click Save.

Reason for application
After completing “Input party”, “Purpose of application” is automatically entered.
