What is a car registration certificate?
When purchasing a new or used car, you register the car with the local government to acknowledge ownership of the vehicle, and the certificate issued as proof of this is the car registration certificate. Just like an individual’s resident registration card, a car is also given a type of identification. The car registration certificate contains the owner’s personal information as well as all information, management, and change history about the car.
