– Download and run the app, and agree to the use of current location information.
– Enter the customer information and agree to the use of personal information.
The home screen consists of three main menus: report, shooting, and gallery. There is a button to open the detailed menu at the top left.
In “Complaint Report”
– Move the report type list at the top of the screen and select ‘Bike inconvenience’.
– Add attachments. It is possible to take a photo, report life inconvenience, and attach an album.
– After entering the report details, select Report.
In “My Complaint”
A list of complaints reported by you is displayed.
*Registration: Completed registration in the living inconvenience reporting system
*Processing: Completed transmission of civil complaint data from the living inconvenience reporting system to the local government
*Complete response: State of completion of complaint processing by the local government
If you select the complaint you want to check, you will see the report information and response and evaluation tabs. When the answer is complete, you can check the contents of the answer and evaluate your satisfaction with the answer.
