In order to improve the physical fitness of all people, the government-supported ‘National Fitness 100’ service will begin pilot operation in 2023 from April 24 to November 30.
What is National Fitness 100?
A free sports welfare service for the public that provides exercise consultation and prescriptions by measuring physical strength using a physical fitness measuring device with the goal of improving people’s physical strength and health.
What is a sports activity incentive?
National Fitness 100’s various physical fitness management services and a physical strength promotion service that allows you to exchange incentives earned after participating in sports activities for reward products.
Target audience: Anyone aged 11 or older can participate, regardless of income or property conditions.
Reward product: Cultural gift certificate or sports gift certificate (if you accumulate more than 10,000 sports activity incentive points, you can exchange the cultural gift certificate for a 10,000 won voucher)

Is there a physical fitness certification center in our area?
There are 75 physical fitness certification centers and 6 business trip teams nationwide. You can check the nearest center by going to ‘Find a fitness certification center’ on the website. In Gwangju, we operate a total of 5 physical fitness certification centers and 1 business trip team.
