How to refund Kakao Page Cash
If you press the menu button on the left side of the Kakao Page main screen, various menus such as cash recharge will open.
In the case of Kakao Page Cash refund, the process is a bit cumbersome because it is possible only through inquiries to the customer center.
From the menu, Customer Center > Cash Refund Inquiry > Fill out the inquiry and send it > Wait for a response.

How to refund Kakao Page pass
It’s been a while since I looked through the list of past works in Kakao Page Archive > My Works and found that the finished work was fully charged with a pass. That’s a whopping 26!!! Because of this, I was looking for a way to get a ticket refund…
After clicking … on the top right of the work for which you want to refund the pass, click Pass History/Cancel Purchase. (See the arrow in the captured photo)
Refund of Kakao Page Pass
In general, the number of paid vouchers that can be canceled and the amount that can be canceled are checked as shown below, and you can easily get a refund by clicking the Cancel Purchase button at the bottom.
Passes can only be canceled with Kakao Page Cash, and the result of canceling a pass purchase cannot be reversed, so proceed carefully.
In the case below, you requested a refund for 28 tickets, but since you originally purchased 30 collection package tickets, you can cancel the purchase of only 26 tickets, excluding the two free tickets that were the benefit. Only 2,600 won can be refunded.

However, like me today, there are situations in which even 0 won cannot be refunded due to the impossibility of canceling the purchase.
There are only two things I checked today, and the reason can be found by looking at the ticket purchase history and the details of the cancellation amount. I’ll explain it briefly with pictures below.

In the case of the left side, there were 7 vouchers, but all of them are judged to be part of the 15 free vouchers received through the purchase of rental package vouchers, so the actual cancelable amount is confirmed as 0 won.
In the case of the right side, I thought I could get a refund for 23 tickets out of 26 tickets, excluding 3 free tickets, but the reason I purchased the tickets with event cash at the time was that the expiration date of the event cache expired and the purchase cannot be canceled.
For this reason, you should not rush to charge cash for serial works. The event cache was obviously the one I legitimately obtained, but it can’t be refunded due to the expiration date.
