For domestic flights, reservation change and cancellation fees are charged based on the ticket issuance date. International flights are divided into short, medium, and long distances, and different fees are applied depending on each route.
Refund Methods and Regulations
After booking a T’way Air ticket, refunds can be processed by calling the customer center or through the website. If you cancel or change on the same day, the fee is waived, and otherwise, the refund regulations for each fare and additional service item are applied.
