① Immediately from the first page of expressway tolls, an input window appears where you can search for unpaid tolls. Enter your vehicle number and click the magnifying glass.

③ ‘There is no outstanding payment history.’ is displayed.
I have no unpaid tolls, so the identity verification button is not activated. If there is an unpaid toll, you can verify your identity and pay the unpaid amount.
You can use ‘i-PIN authentication’ and ‘mobile phone authentication’ for identity authentication, and you can choose to pay by bank transfer, deferred payment, or credit card for unpaid tolls.
Unpaid tolls can be viewed and paid up to 3-4 days after the date of non-payment. To inquire and pay the unpaid tolls incurred on the same day, you must contact the sales office or call center.

Now, I am sharing this dusty information for anyone who may be struggling like me.
I don’t do much highway driving, so I don’t have a hi-pass terminal in my car. So, when I got on the highway sometimes, of course, I paid the highway toll at the regular toll booth instead of the high-pass toll booth.
One day, for the first time in my life, I entered the ‘High Pass Tollgate’ line and passed by. I was a little perplexed, but thought I could pay at the next toll booth.
I got on the wrong high-pass line while calculating the toll at the toll booth, and when I said that I wanted to calculate it together, they said that the unpaid toll was not collected. In some cases, this cannot be obtained right away on the computer, so after a day or two, I was told to pay at a highway rest area or toll booth.
After a few days passed, the thought of non-payment of highway tolls scratched my nerves like a thorn under my nails. So, to pay the unpaid highway toll, I received counseling from ‘High Pass Unpaid Toll Inquiry’ and the call center of the Korea Expressway Corporation, 1588-2504, but I couldn’t pay it.
Originally there were no unpaid tolls
Because there were originally no unpaid tolls. I just passed the toll gate at the starting point of the toll charge using the high-pass line, but I mistakenly thought that there was an unpaid toll. So, I passed the high-pass line only at first, entered the general toll booth from the arrival toll booth, and paid the highway toll properly.
When you are walking on the road, you may not even know it is a toll, but suddenly a toll booth appears. I was confused that the high pass toll booth I passed was also like that. Besides, I couldn’t remember where the high-pass toll booth was, and only the high-pass line was vivid, so I was in trouble knowing that I didn’t calculate the toll.
Among those who read this article, unlike me, those who entered the high-pass line at the last toll booth and left without paying an unpaid toll.
Complaint-like ending
Even after connecting to the call center, I couldn’t get an accurate answer because I couldn’t remember the location of the high-pass tollgate. There are currently no unpaid tolls, and if there is an unpaid toll that occurred on a private road, you need to contact the privately funded business operator to find out.
Maybe in a few days, you will receive a mail with unpaid tolls on the paper, so I told you to wait.
Even after a long time, there is no mail, and even if I search for the high-pass unpaid fare, I can’t find any details.
