1.National Training Cards?
The National Tomorrow Learning Card was created to support the education expenses for vocational ability development training regardless of whether the Ministry of Employment and Labor is unemployed, employed or self-employed.
This is not a way to provide cash support, but a way to pay as much as the support fee for the trainees when paying the class that you want to be educated with the National Tomorrow Learning Card. If there is a burden of self-payment due to a lack of education expenses, the money will be deposited in advance into the account linked to the National Tomorrow Learning Card to pay the education expenses.
2. National Tomorrow’s Learning Card Support Amount

The above amount is equivalent to 45% ~ 85% of the education expenses (training expenses). If the trainee falls under the National Employment Support System I and II type, 100% of the education expenses may be supported.

Education support will be applied differently depending on the target person. Type I of the National Employment Support System and Type II of the National Employment Support System (specific class) will receive 100% of the grant, but generally they will receive up to 85% of the education expenses. Considering that it is a professional education course because it is a professional education ability, the tuition fee is inconvenient. If you receive 85% of the education expenses, it will be a great help for the students. For example, if you have a class of 1 million won, your contribution will be reduced to 250,000 won.

As it is aimed at improving job skills, students who are about to graduate are judged to be the main support target. Also, it seems that they want to help the low-wage working class who are in need of job turnover through education rather than the case of large-scale corporate employees with a monthly salary of more than 3 million won. However, even if the salary is more than 3 million won, it seems reasonable to provide learning opportunities for people over 45 years old.
Starting in September 2021, the scope of support for the Kookmin Tomorrow Learning Card has been expanded to expand opportunities for third-year college students to use the Kookmin Tomorrow Learning Card so that young people can prepare to enter society in advance.
4.How to apply for a national tomorrow learning card

If you’re a job seeker before you apply, you need to apply for a job at Worknet.
Once the application is completed, you will receive a letter that will allow you to get the card through the “approval” process. After receiving the letter, you can visit the Nonghyup Bank or Shinhan Bank and apply for the card issuance.
If you want to apply for a National Tomorrow Learning Card through HRD-Net, you need to register and log in for an official certificate to apply for issuance. If you are having difficulty in this process, I recommend you visit the employment center for application and consultation.
