When I moved in for the third time after getting married, I also bought an old apartment and completely redecorated it. It was the first time I knew that foreign workers were doing this kind of work. These Russian women make just one cup of coffee and then clean up, and you can see that it’s not a skill that’s really been done once or twice. Not only is there a division of labor, but he does it very quickly in every nook and cranny. I was impressed by the way they finished cleaning in half a day and moved to the next house.
I also liked the level of cleaning. If you think that my wife and I are doing this, we must have been sweating all day. My wife also really liked it. My wife did the final confirmation and the more detailed things herself, but anyway, I moved in very comfortably.
I’ll tell you the cost of using the move-in cleaning service company. Each company I contacted is slightly different. At the place I used, I paid 300,000 won to clean it. Looking at the estimate, this is how much per sqm is calculated. The apartment I moved into was 24 pyeong, so the cost of cleaning the move-in was about 12,500 won per pyeong. I felt very cheap. Even if someone gave 300,000 won to our couple, I don’t think we could clean it that way. My wife was so satisfied that she said that if she had to move again next time, she would like to call the tenant cleaning service to clean it.
