– Ingredients 300g of medium noodles, 1/2 cucumber, 5 ssammu, garlic sauce (hangjeongjjim), gochujang, sesame oil, sesame salt
-Prepare the ingredients Cut 1/2 cucumber into thin strips the size of a gomyeong. Cut 5 ssammu into 4 pieces lengthwise. Boil 300g of medium noodles in boiling water for about 4 minutes, then rinse in cold water.
1. Make bibim noodle sauce by mixing 5T of garlic sauce and 7T of gochujang.
2. Add bibim noodle sauce to the prepared medium noodles and mix.
3. Add 3T of sesame oil and mix once more. Top with gomyeongyong cucumber and ssammu and sprinkle sesame salt to finish. Jang Min-ho’s garlic sauce bibim noodles are complete.
-Ingredients Hangjeongjjim, Hangjeongjjim broth, 2 bags of commercially available ox bone soup (500g), a handful of chives, 3 bowls of rice
1. Strain the remaining broth in the Hangjeongjjim pot to remove the solids
2. Pour 2 bags of commercially available ox bone soup (500g) into the Hangjeongjjim broth with the solids removed and boil
3. Put rice in a bowl and place thinly sliced Hangjeongjjim on top
4. Pour the broth, add finely chopped chives, and add salt and pepper to taste to complete Hangjeong Gukbap
