[Lemon Cream Cheese] 30g butter, 6T cream cheese, 1T honey, 1t lemon juice
■ How to make
[Making Walnut Bread]
1. Melt 30g butter in the microwave for 30 seconds.
2. Add 300ml walnuts, 1/2 apple, 1/2 carrot, 3T plain yogurt, 2 eggs, and 30g melted butter to a blender and blend.
(*You can use leftover vegetables in your refrigerator, such as potatoes, bananas, and broccoli, instead of apples and carrots!)
3. Chop some walnuts (50 ml) and mix them into the dough.
4. Coat a heat-resistant container with 10 g of butter and pour the dough into it.
5. Spread the dough evenly and lightly tap the bottom of the container to remove air bubbles, then microwave for 8 minutes.
[Making Lemon Cream Cheese]
1. Melt 30 g of butter in the microwave for about 30 seconds.
2. Add 6 T of cream cheese to the butter and quickly stir with a spoon to break up any lumps.
3. Add 1 T of honey and 1 t of lemon juice and mix.
