근로자 생활안정자금 종류Loan for stabilizing livelihood of industrially injured workers
1. Service contents
Loans for medical expenses, wedding expenses, funeral expenses, vehicle purchase expenses, housing relocation expenses, business funds, employment stability funds, etc.
2. Eligibility for application
A person whose average monthly income is below the median income for a three-person household as announced by the Minister of Health and Welfare and who falls under the following:

funeral expenses
When a funeral occurs due to the death of the industrial accident worker, his/her spouse, or his or her immediate family.
Vehicle purchase cost
When a car (including construction machinery) is purchased for the livelihood and living of the industrial accident worker or his or her surviving family members (priority recipients)
(Automotive and construction machinery prices/
If special equipment for the disabled is attached, the total price of the equipment is calculated)
Housing relocation expenses
When the industrial accident worker or his or her surviving family members (priority recipients) move their home
(If the industrial accident worker has moved his or her home)
business funds
When support for the business start-up support project for industrially injured workers is confirmed in accordance with the vocational rehabilitation work processing regulations and business funds are needed for store operation
Employment stability fund
Among those determined to be disabled (Levels 1 to 9), if you return to work and are employed for more than 3 months, all expenses incurred to maintain employment
4. Issuance and reception location
– Visit the relevant branch of the Korea Workers’ Compensation and Welfare Service and apply by mail, fax, or website.
– Apply after logging in with a public certificate from the service application menu on the Internet (go to Labor Welfare Service)
5. Application period
○ – (Medical expenses) Within 1 year from the date of treatment or payment of medical expenses – (Wedding expenses) Within 90 days from before or after the date of marriage or from the date of marriage registration – (Funeral expenses) Within 90 days from the date of death – (Employment stability fund) Within 1 year from the date of return to work. – (Vehicle purchase expenses) Within 90 days from the date of ownership registration or vehicle (construction machinery) sales contract date – (Housing relocation expenses) Within 90 days from the date of lease agreement or move-in date
