#.Emergency towing service
If the insured vehicle cannot be driven by itself due to an accident or breakdown and requires emergency towing for repair, we will tow the vehicle to the nearest repair shop within the towing distance stated on the insurance policy, either 10km or 20km, once a day. However, the insured person must pay for costs exceeding the towing distance stated in the insurance policy. In addition, if service provision is restricted due to changes in the vehicle’s load or structure, the service will not be provided.

– Towing distance of 20 km is available for liability disclosure contracts signed after February 11, 2015.
– If you have subscribed to the Promica Auto Care Service special contract, the service will be provided once a day, up to 60 km.

#. Fuse replacement service
If the insured person cannot drive the insured vehicle due to a fuse short while owning, using, or managing the insured vehicle, the fuse will be replaced.

#. Emergency fuel service
If the vehicle is completely depleted during operation and operation is stopped, emergency fuel will be provided twice during the insurance period, with a limit of 3 liters per time. However, if the amount of fuel exceeds 3 liters during emergency fueling, the insured person must pay the fuel cost if the emergency fueling service is used additionally after the second use.

#.Emergency Rescue Service
If the insured vehicle leaves the road or cannot drive on its own due to an obstacle, you can receive emergency rescue service. However, emergency rescue service is limited to cases where rescue is possible with a vehicle dispatched without separate rescue equipment, and in the case of special rescue, a separate usage fee must be paid. In addition, the service is not provided in cases where the provision of the service is restricted due to the vehicle’s load or structural changes.

#. Battery charging service
If the customer owns, uses, or manages the insured vehicle and cannot drive it due to a discharged battery, we will take measures to enable the vehicle to be driven.
However, the customer must pay the actual cost of battery replacement.
In addition, this service is not provided for electric vehicles.

#. Antifreeze Replenishment Service
If you own, use, or manage an insured vehicle and cannot drive it due to a lack of antifreeze, we will replenish the antifreeze.
However, we do not provide antifreeze replenishment service for electric vehicles.

#. Tire Replacement Service
If you cannot drive due to a flat tire, we will replace the broken tire with a spare tire, provided that you have one.

However, we do not provide the service if there are restrictions on the provision of the service due to changes in the vehicle’s cargo or structure.

#. Lock Release Service
If you cannot open the car door due to the loss or theft of the insured vehicle’s key, we will unlock the car.

However, trunk lock release is excluded, and this service is not provided for foreign vehicles and some vehicles that cannot be unlocked.

In addition, we do not compensate for the cost required to restore the original condition of any part that was inevitably damaged in order to unlock the lock.

#. Brake/Power Oil Replenishment Service
If the insured vehicle cannot be driven due to a lack of brake oil or power oil, we will replenish the lacking oil.

In this case, brake oil and power oil will be refilled within 1 liter.

However, power oil replenishment service is not provided for electric vehicles.

#. Tire puncture repair service
If the tire contact surface is punctured by a sharp object and driving is impossible, we will repair the tire puncture.

However, if it is difficult to visually confirm the location of the puncture or if there is a hole in the side of the tire, we will provide an emergency towing service or tire replacement service.

<Note_Notice>
-The company does not provide SOS service if the service request location specified in these special terms is an area difficult for a tow truck to access, an island area (excluding Jeju Island and urban areas connected by a land bridge), a mountainous area, or an area where the company determines that it is impossible to provide service due to poor communication. – We do not compensate for indirect damages caused by delay or non-provision of SOS services.
– If the insured is unable to receive SOS services due to reasons not attributable to the insured and has to personally pay for them, the company will pay the amount paid by the insured up to the amount equivalent to the cost of the SOS service that the company normally pays.
– Notification of automatic termination of SOS service special contract
: When the SOS service is received 6 times (3 times if the insurance period is less than 1 year), it will be automatically terminated from that point on.
