Is the Auction Customer Center open on weekends?
Only Shinsegae Universe Club members can use the Auction Customer Center on weekends, while general members can use it only on weekdays.
How do I cancel my membership?
You can withdraw your membership by clicking My Auction > Member Information Settings > Apply for Membership Withdrawal. Please note that withdrawal may not be possible if any of the reasons below apply.
① If there is an order to proceed with a transaction (sale/purchase)
② If there is a negative sales deposit
③ If there is a balance of Smile Cash or sales deposit available for withdrawal
④ For business members registered with Smile Pay
Notice
After withdrawal, your ID will be permanently suspended and you can only re-register with a new ID.
After signing up for 7 days, authentication is not possible and existing usage history and Smile Points (Smile Cash) cannot be transferred.
Smile Pay requires separate withdrawal.
When will I get a refund after cancellation is completed?
Please check the refund period below as it varies depending on the payment method.
■ Bank transfer: When choosing a Smile Cash refund, it will be redeposited immediately after cancellation / When refunding to my account, it will take +1 day (based on business day) from the cancellation completion date.
■ Credit/check card: 3-5 days (based on business days) / Check card is deposited into the relevant account after cancellation of approval
(Voucher cards take 7 business days to be canceled)
☞ However, in case of a refund after payment by card, the refund method differs depending on the card company, so you need to check with the card company.
■ Smile Pay bank account transfer: After payment, if a cancellation or refund request is made between 08:00 and 22:00 on business days, a real-time refund is issued.
☞ Please refer to the information below as the refund period varies depending on the time of cancellation and refund.
Refund before 08:00 a.m. on the same day → Refund at 08:00 a.m. on the same day
Refund after 22:00 PM on the same day → Refund at 08:00 AM the next day
Refund after 22:00 PM on Friday ~ before 08:00 AM on Monday → Refund processed at 08:00 AM on Monday
If the deposit is not made, it will be credited as cash Smile Cash.
You can request withdrawal of Smile Cash to an account in your name, and it takes one business day for the account to be deposited.

If the payment month and cancellation month are the same: Approval can be canceled on the same day of the small mobile phone payment (mobile phone bill not charged)
If the payment month and cancellation month are different: Withdrawal is possible after the refund is completed. Immediate refund as cash Smile Cash (mobile phone charges combined)
■ Toss Money: Immediate refund to Toss Money balance
When will I receive a refund for a returned product?
On average, it takes 7 days to request a return. After the requested product arrives at the seller, the product is inspected and delivery fee payment is confirmed, so the return is processed within +7 days from the date of application.
