There are two main ways to change your mobile phone number at KT: one is to visit a nearby dealership, and the other is to change it online.
You can change your number by visiting a nearby KT dealership and use it by bringing the necessary documents. Required documents can be broadly divided into adults and minors, and additional documents are required when applying as a proxy.

– Agent: Holder’s mobile phone, Holder’s ID, Agent’s ID
minor
– Person: cell phone, resident registration card, or student ID
– Agent: Mobile phone of the suspect, ID card of the nominee, ID card of legal representative, family relationship certificate

The second method is to change your number online. This can be done on a mobile phone, but since it is convenient to change the number on a PC, it is done on a PC. Number changes are available from Monday to Saturday from 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM, and there are no fees or costs incurred when changing numbers. However, when changing your home internet phone number, you will be charged 1,650 won for each number.
1. Run Chrome or Whale on your computer and go to the KT Roaming Home homepage.
2. Afterwards, log in to the KT Roaming Home website.
3. Then, select My > Change Number menu at the top.
4. Then, check the service you want to change number and click Apply for number change.
5. When changing the number, identity verification is required, and ARS authentication is used to confirm that the mobile phone is in your name.
6. After entering the first 2 and 4 last digits required to change the number, search for the desired number through number search (50 search times) and complete the number change application.
After changing your number, you need to turn your cell phone off and on two or three times to check if your cell phone calls are working properly. For some 3G mobile phones, if you cannot set the number, you can reset it by entering *147359*682* on your mobile phone.
If you have changed your number and need to cancel due to unavoidable circumstances, you must visit a nearby dealership to cancel as cancellation is not possible online. Cancellation is possible only on the same day. To cancel, please bring your cell phone and ID when visiting.
